Equity Share Of Jindal Vijayanagar Steel Ltd. — Regarding issue of new certificate

I have some 400 physical shares of Jindal Vijaynagar Steel Ltd and have a share certificate.

Can you help me with the process of how I can sell these shares or can add them to my Demat account?

It was purchased in the 1995 year.
