era divine court sector 5 Palwal — No response for position of flat

Dear Sir,
I booked the flat in Palwal Sectorr 5 in Era divine court.

We have booked the flat in year 2010 and promise us get the possession in 2012 or 2013 till now and company is not completed and owner are arrested in fraud in many projects.

I have ask to many time on ERA Customer care regarding the matter who is take care of this project and he say Mr. Mahendra sharma is take care who is signed in BBU (Builder Buyer Agreement) in which written that you may get the flat 24 Month or grace period of 06 Month.or company will pay penalty

But now the position of project still yet and construction are stopped last 01 year and company are doing the false promise and use our hard-core money in some other project and not paying any delay penalty or timely possession.

In the News we found Director of era landmark limited (ADEL LANDMARK LIMITED) are arrested by gurgaon police and other Director also in the same process.

where the investor stand?

We as a customer feel cheated by Era Land Mark Limited. in this project
We & our families are suffering now due to none of our fault & un-necessary financial burden as we all are making undue payments to existing house owners on rented houses where currently we are living with our families.
Interest to banks from where we have taken loans for the property

I Have booked 3 BHK in 2009 Dec in Era Divine Court Sec 5 Palwal but after some time when we went to Era Noida office they said that our money is kept as earnest money and there is no refund and neither they will give flat. In this case i lost mt 3.45 lac and till fighting.

Myself Atindra Nayek I had booked flat at palwal sector 5 from era landmark/ era Adel landmark at the time of ist booking i.e Jan'10
But yet not give possession/ registration where as I had given 95% payment after taken loan from bank as per construction payment link chart.
They had promised within 24 month will give possession from booking time.
Now they are cheating with me.
How can I get out this type of fraud company.
Please help me give some suggestions what I will do.

Dear All,
I had booked a flat in Sector5 Block B through Mr Dheeraj in 2010.I had paid 95% amount to be given possession in 2012-13.I had gone repeatedly to the project site and Mr Ravi and Mr Brij Gautam met me and told that I will be given possession of Flat in 2016 but more than 2 yeras have passed the flat is not ready and lifts and grills are not provided. I had paid for the Terrace right on 3rd Floor but now I have come to know they made 4th Floor also without my consent and approval.They are also asking for extra money also.The builder must be arrested and put behind the bars for duping the genuine buyers.Is there some body/system who can make the life of such cheaters hell so that they fear to committ crime in future.If this Govt can not do no one else can do it.They must pay penal interest for such delay and deposit money in court to get the Complex completed in all respects
