Eshop Online Shopping — Wrong delivery of material

I ordered 8 pcs of Bombay Dyeing double bed sheets with pillow to Eshop online shopping through a phone call from the no. [protected] along with gift voucher of Rs.100/- & two silver coins free. But I received the bed sheets of very poor quality & without pillow covers and the designs also were not as ordered. Moreover there was no Rs.100/- gift voucher. When I called for enquiry all the phone nos. were switched off.
