Eshopbazaar — cheating the consumer | |||
I am a resident of chennai. Last month I received a call from Thiyagarajan([protected], [protected], [protected]) which is a Delhi based number. They claim that are calling from paytm for credit card using correctly and told me that my reward points adding and they are offering some gift vouchers and so on. Then they asked for details of 16 digit credit card number, expiry date of card, my DOB, address and finally CVV number. The information I shared other than CVV no. finally at the end i got an debit message of 9, 898/- with info of PAYTM*eshopbazaar. Please anyone let me know what i should do further. After that also they are attending the call, they say that we will close before the credit card statement arise.But it was not so...Please help me with this problem. My contact no. is [protected].
