Fraudulent Calling and Cheating Fraudulent Calling and CheatingFraudulent deduction from ICICI card debit Amount Rs.9, 898/- for 28th Feb'2015 Date : 28/02/2015 Sir, Ref:- Card no.[protected] of KANNAN V– Mobile No. [protected] I had received mobile call Nos.[protected] from some office named persons called my mobile No dated on 28/02/2015. They told me that they are working ICICI credit card office .They asked me that they are calling from ICICI card and they give the chance to redeem of my expired reward point for send the free gift to my address. However, I believe that they are ESHOP BAZAAR employees. More over, they told me that the Feb ‘2015 ICICI card statement firstly debited in your account and then it will be credited in your account as on payment date. Apart from that they told my address and card No. and other my card details . Hence They asked me about my card details.for confirmation for sending the free gift parcel. My exhausted reward points which expired to the tune of xxxx will also be credited to your new card. Then, they asked OTP numbers for that matter I was sending a OTP number for this transaction which will reach your mobile immediately. Then, I gave the same to them. Mean while the message has come. I was under the impression that they are the bona fide men from ICICI credit card. Soon after I again received a message from ICICI Card which is reproduced for your information OTP for transaction on ”Eshopbazaar-PayTM for INR 9, 898/- on ICICI Card no. This OTP is valid for 10 min Only." So the payment got credited to ESHOP Bazaar account. I was complaint near police station. Hence, I was cheated by your one of the ESHOP BAZAAR's officials giving my details to them on the free gift scheme for reward points redeeming aspect. To day I called the ICICI CARD customer care no [protected]. which replied busy every time I tried to reach. I wish to informed full details . I draw your kind attention that the transactions are not at all made by me. If these are fraudulent transaction kindly the reverse the same and credit back the amount to my card number. I realized at that point that it was some fraud done by ESHOP BAZAAR employees. So I asked them to reverse the charges. I would request you that the above money INR 9, 898/- should be refunded at any cost. I believe that this is a correct forum to launch a complaint against ESHOP BAZAAR because they are cheating people by calling them up as ICICI Card employees and duping them of their money.
