ESIC — ESI DISPENSARY NOT REFERRING & NOT PAASING MEDICAL CLAIM

My name navneet my IP No. [protected] Poanta sahib Himachal pardesh I am working in poanta sahib my wife is pregnant she is in now in Saharanpur but esi dispensary doctor not refer to Saharanpur dispensary doctor saying go to devi nagar poanta sahib esi office, and when I went devi nagar office they said me go to owr company when go to company they said go to esi doctor. What is this. There are so complication to refer only small thing 2) other thing I deposit my medical test bill to goandpur dispensary before accepting there is no stamp of out sides doctor but I full fill all. When time came to check passed bill officer says here is lying passed file check yourself.
