ESIC — Not avail the benefit Of health card properly.

Name: Manish Kr Tiwari Contact no:[protected] Mail Id: [protected]@rediffmail.com My Dispensary is ESIC tigiri New delhi, they had on the display board The Working time is Written as 7:30 am to 7:30 Pm. but i never seem any one before 8:30 or 9 Am. But they close the window accurate at 7:30 it doesn't matter their is only 1 or 2 Patient left. Some times it happen The lady at Registration counter she stop working at 6 and went to other room and siting leisure, and her behavior is also not good. I visited Esic on 20th august and after standing in queue approx 1 hours and when i reached at the window then window was closed and the store person informed come tomorrow, when 1 visited next day at 7:30 store keeper not avail after waiting half hour i left for the day, then next day i visited at 5:35 am their was a long queue at registration window but i visited at Medicine window because their is no person at that window and the medicine was already prescribed by the doctor but he told go to registration counter and mark the today date.. again i stand in the registration queue but i found that she is not not doing it, and it was only 5:45 PM. when i asked her then then she denied to do.. i informed her that i don't need doctor consultant..i need only previous day medicine but she denied at 7:15 she came n close the window and left for the day. Their is a another person whose Father was admitted in Batra hospital suffering from cancer and he request many times from doctor, reception ant storekeeper .. but they all are only enjoying, receptionist told go to store keeper and if he write that you need only medicine then i will do and storekeeper told why i will write go to doctor he will write and doctor is busy in work. And their are so many peoples so i don't know where i will go i called so many time on the various coplain numbers given by ESIC but it was around 6 :30 so i think office was closed so please suggest what will i do.
