I had ordered Casio ERA-600RR-2AVUDF and received it on 6th June. But the box is of a different model EF-558sg-1avdf and the watch isn’t covered. Also, there is no cover on the strap or the dial. The tag is lying somewhere inside the manual and not attached with the strap. The unboxing felt I am opening a very old box.
The warranty card also looks very old. Really disappointed at the very first experience with Ethos. I ordered this to gift my friend and luckily checked it before gifting.
One of their customer support executives whom I got connected to luckily this morning told me it happens sometimes when the original box is damaged or missing during packing and he can send a new box. Crap..
I would like to return the order and get a refund. No response to my emails written to [protected]@ethoswatches.com and nobody answers the call on the number mentioned on website. When contacted through chat and messenger all that they do is take my number and say “you will be contacted shortly” which never happened.
