ETS — Error shown during the session

My test has been closed automatically during the session and showing error that "please inform the assessment administrator".The proctor chatbox was closed and the proctor had left the session before an hour before th end of session .I did not even finish 60% of my test, I had two sessions to be completed and an hour left for the end of my test. So I request for the refund.
The problem I have faced during the session is attached to this mail below.
