ETS — Ets terminated my exam without any reason

I gave my exam by saving money every month i am very poor girl but ets mistakenly terminated my exam saying i took assistance i am not having that much money we are from poor family
Ets is earning millions in this way by terminating exams of even true students .
Please file a complaint seriously

did they gave refund to any one of you? Pls reply i also faced the same issue & pls make a group we'll file a complaint against their for unfair practices.
