The test could not be started due to an error in the ETS application in spite of my system meeting all ETS & ProtorU requirements & receiving a go ahead from the proctor. After 30 mins of starting the test the proctor informs me that due to the error the test cannot be taken & I’ll have to contact ETS for the same. Inspite of repeated emails to ETS there is no response or refund for cancellation of exam for no fault of my own. Total fraud! Was this information helpful? |
