On 29 November 2021, I had gone to Prometric Testing Limited in Kolkata to give my GRE general exam and had carried my original government issued aadhar card. I had taken the original PVC aadhar card but the officials claimed that this is not the original. Since I am in college I did not have my passport with me and the ETS site clearly mentions aadhar card as a primary ID(particularly it doesn't prohibt the PVC aadhar card). I was unable to give the exam and fees was forfeited. This issue has been a source of immense distress as I have to give the exam at the earliest and complete my applications.
The ETS GRE consumer service have not responded and I am extremely disappointed with the service both ETS an Prometric Testing have provided Was this information helpful? |
