ETS — My exam is terminated but they are not providing refund

Test Name: GRE General Test

I started my ID verification and proctoru started verifying my system and all the surrounding all of sudden the exam was terminated . They said this is due to breach academic integrity. But there is no remote softwares is there in my device they atleast didn't mentioned what software they noticed and they are saying test is not rescheduled and test fee is not refundable and they said if you want to attend exam book another slot but already I wrote two times the exam fee is more than 20000 indian rupees how it is possible for an average middle class person to pay this much of amount. this very unprofessionalism please solve my problem
