I was unable to take my test from home even with FOUR different devices. The device I used to do a diagnostic check the night before gave me all green marks saying it was good to go. Day of the test, it said my browser was incompatible. They recommend logging in 12 minutes before the test & I logged in 22 minutes prior.
I was with tech support for 2 and 1/2 hours because I know this is such an important test. I was STILL unable to take the test. I have reached out to multiple outlets to get assistance and am amazed that after doing my due diligence the night before, being ready the next morning. I have spoke. To multiple people that essentially say it was my fault and wont even simply give me a credit to my account to actually be able to take the test. Was this information helpful? |
