My TOEFL Home test that was taken on Dec 5th 2021. There were no problems or any issues during the test but, instead of the promised scores in 5-7 days, my test still has the "scores on hold" status.
ETS does not answer calls or emails, I have left several messages on their "hotline" and sent dozens of emails to the ETS Office of Testing Integrity (OTI), but they don't reply.
Looking at so many people in the same situation, it's clear that ETS took advantage of the COVID crisis to make money. All o[censored]s who have a deadline to use the scores will have to buy another test. Of course, I will take IELTS this time. Was this information helpful? |
