PLEASE READ. (ETS ID:53EH81DG) I wasted 170 USD as a student, hundreds of dollars private classes, entire year of stress and THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT PROBLEM IS ON MY END, WHILE I AM HAVING SCREENSHOOTS OF CONVERSATION AS A PROOF. On 5th November 2022, at 9 am I took my IBT Paper-based test on test center and speaking scheduled same day at 3.10 pm at home, there was no option for a center on speaking.
I have Macbook, perfectly fine, 33 GB+1TB memory, 5G internet connection, almost zero personal file on my computer. And I started, some agents checked out my ears, door, my ID, my room, NOTE THAT MY CAMERA AS WORKING FINE AS THEY WERE ABLE TO SEE ME. He remotely controlled my computer about 2 hours. And he uploaded ETS browser which is full of glitches. Then he asked help from his friends, which they said nothing seems wrong, yet in the end they claimed there is a technical error and even though my camera works, they are unable to see me on their end. ON THEIR END: THEIR PROBLEM; WHICH IS FOR AN HOUR THEY CHECKED EVERYTHING VIA CAMERA. I remained calm, told them to report this asap hence it is your issue and I have certain deadlines. I kept trying to contact with ETS. No reply for 10 days. Then finally I told them I am going to sue them. This mistake of theirs, which gonna cost my entire year.
An agent told me that she will freely rescheule it, when i tried that another one told me that I cannot, and this morning I received an email saying that IT CAUSED BY MY MEMORY OR INTERNET CONNECTION. NOT EVEN ONCE THERE WAS INTERNET FAILURE, HOW ON EARTH I WOULD NOT HAVE ENOUGH MEMORY? I CONTACTED WITH MAC SERVICE, THEY APPROVED I HAD ENOUGH MEMORY.
I AM TELLING YOU, IF YOU DO NOT RESCHEDULE MY SPEAKING EXAM ASAP I AM GOING TO MAKE THIS HUGE DEAL AND LAWSUIT IN BOTH COUNTRIES. THIS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO HIRE SUFFICENT ENGINEERS WHO KNOW WHAT TO DO. I WANT MY FREE RESCHEDULE SPEAKING EXAM.
GUYS, I THINK YOU SHOULD NEVER BOOK AN EXAM WITH ETS. THERE ARE SO MANY PROBLEM WITH THEM, MY HUSBAND HAD SAME ISSUE AS ME FROM DIFFERENT LOCATION. THIS IS ON YOU.
