I withdrew 1500€ from an ATM, At Damark, Amsterdam. As per the info from ATM and my receipt a transaction fees of 3.95€ was to be charged.
When I received a mail from my ICICI FOREX card, I was shocked to see that the transaction amount charged was over 278€.
On complaining via email, they gave a false excuse that my card is charged with USD and they enforced Dynamic Currency conversion. My card issued by ICICI is very much a Eurocard and these charges were baseless.
I am holding with the withdrawal receipt and statement for further action.
