EURONET — CREDIT CARD WRONG DEDUCTION | |||
On July 1, 2012, I attempt a online payment of Rs.55 to my prepaid mobile. The transaction failed during the payment but the amount is charged in my citibank credit card. The transaction ref. no. [protected]. Citibank has clarified that the charge has been claimed by EURONET and hence it is charged. EURONET should look into this and reimburse the failed transaction amount.
