Eway Trading — Power bank - not received what i ordered

As per my order no. Vob260277 of dated 07/08/16, i have ordered samsung power bank - 20000 mah and according to invoice no. Jwh[protected], it is mentioned under product - samsung 20000 mah power bank, but i received a local made power bank without any make/ manufactured detail. Its data cable/ chrging cable also not functioning.
I have paid rs. 670/- while i received a cheaper product.

Its Data Cable/ Charging Cable also not functioning.
I had received a cheaper product while I have paid Rs. 670/- cash to delivery boy.
