Exide Life Insurance — agency code cancellation in irda portal

Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I was an Insurance advisor for Exide Life Insurance Company (Licence No:[protected]. Recently I have joined a new company, and they asked me for a NOC for the above license number. So I got a NOC from Exide Life Insurance Company and submitted the same in my new company. But in my new company they were saying that my License is not cancelled in IRDA portal, If it is cancelled in the portal only then they will accept it. So I kindly request you to cancel my License No:60313753 in IRDA Portal.
For the past 4 months I am contacting the branch and so many times I went there but I did not get proper response from the Manager.

In Exide Life Insurance office they told me to pay RS.2000 for cancellation, I paid it and completed all the formalities whatever they asked.
But till now my Agent code as not been deleted in IRDA portal.
Sir for the last 4 months I didn't receive my salary from my existing Company due to this issue.
So I kindly request You to do the needful Sir.
