From the very beginning of our membership, the methods looked suspicious.in the middle of every year the sales team would write emails and call for some renewal or the other.
Membership, ssl, hosting, domain, exporters india profile, website. Something or the other would be expiring in few days and there would be very attractive 3 or 5 year packages. To get rid of constant calling we took such package of 3 years in 2020, in which each and everything would be covered for 3 years. But still next year we started receiving calls and emails that the website is expiring. Now again we paid for everything each and every service for 5 years. We took this in writing on email and whatsapp that we would not be charged a single rupee from exporters india till 2026. But again, just one year gap and they start telling that the domain would expire. Now we have taken a stand and decided not to work with such cheaters and that we would take a legal action against them, if my domain and membership is terminated.
