we opened an account in exporter india before a few days and at first opened a basic package of 12, 000/- later we decided to upgrade and opt for the premium package. that time we told him again and again that we mostly want to do export oriented work and that time he never once mentioned abut the other hidden cost regarding export oriented work.
now after a few days people from exporter india are calling me again and again and telling me i have to pay another 80, 000/- for some document verification process for export order.
now my main problem is if there were other cost involving export oriented work the agent should have told me on that time itself that i need to pay another 80, 000/- later then i would have decided and made my plans accordingly.
its not about the money or the amount that bothers me it's the way the agents handell new clients. you are supposed to inform a new clients all the rules and regulations before hand, inform a new customer properly first then let him or her make a decision.
they way the agent handled the situation can be easily classified as business malpractice and is not atoll expected from a big company like that.
if this is how your company runs then i would like to cancel my subscription after this year, its better to work with a small company with honest employes than a large companies with dishonest employes following business malpractice. Was this information helpful? |
