[Resolved]  Express Packers & Movers — For coplanjng about my damaged goods

I have given my goods in 6th April from kalyani, westbengal and they told us they will gave our shipment in 14th of April in jammu. Rajouri and in the day 15 I called them and they said your shipment has reached the jammu department but we don't have required vehicle to transport your shipment to rajouri department then after 4 days delay they have reached our shipment but in a local good carrier truck . And they told us they will take our shipment from home and pack it in their department but when our shipment reached us I see that none of the furniture are packed but instead they only stick a paper written "handle with care" . When I got my shipment, I saw that by vehicle stand is broken and the brake pads are heavily damaged . We have checked our goods and we saw that the glass made utensils and others are totally shattered in pieces . The cabinet has been damaged, it is crushed from one side and don't have its leg . An big iron box which is heavily damaged or I can say they crushed it from the top . The buckets we brought is totally seems like a trash . The shoe stand. Utensil rack, vegetable stand, electric induction are broken and some of them are crushed badly
