Ezeedeals — deficiency in services and not cancelling my order

I had placed my order on 20 june 2019 through there website.
i had selected the combo product of buy 1 mi band 3 and get tws bluetooth earbuds free costing rs.1614/-.
i even called the customer care and even mailed them for giving me the expected delivery date but they are not picking up the call and even not replying the mail.
after that on 21 june 2019 i mailed them to cancel the order due to there irresponsible behaviour, and opted to give me the refund. since they are not responding to the mails and even the phone calls. i would like to take help of the consumer court and HELP ME TO GET MY REFUND as soon as possible.
