[Resolved] Ezone — Delivered faulty refrigerator | |||
Hi, I purchased samsung refrigerator from EZONE on 3 rd Oct. They delivered the fridge which is not working on 4th Oct. I raised complaint with Ezone on 5th Oct. A person from samusng came to my home and cheked the fridge and confirmed that it has faulty compressor. So Samsung guys told that they will replace the fridge in 10 days. But after 3 days samsung guys called me and told me that they will deliver the fridge on 21 st Oct. But they dint. Again I called samsung and they told that they will replave the fridge on 29th Oct. But till now there is no response. Could you please check and take proper action againt them. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
