I purchased Samsung refriegerator model no RR19K1732ZUZ/ML/2016 from ezone, vikhroli on 3rd Sept vide order no [protected], deliv. on 4th Sept. Within 2 days after installation, we found the vegetables were getting decayed. We found water formation at the bottom of the chiller tray. I registered complaint with Ezone on 9th Sept. vide our request no [protected] Technician visited and commented to change the tray. I experienced this problem with my old fridge (Samsung) after 6 six years of purchase. Hence we decided to buy a new fridge. How can a new fridge have the same problem that was noticed by me in my old fridge after 6 six years of purchase. M/c is actually defective and the dealer and company is not agreeing to replace the machine neither are they assuring us that the problem will not continue after the replacement of the tray.
