Ezoneonline.in — Pathetic After Sales Service, false claims and zero customer satisfaction | |||
I had purchased Samsung J5 from your store at viviana mall and the sales guys haunted me to buy the Accidental cover of Tecprotec which i purchased. Now when i am facing issues with my phone i visited the store to get it resolved i am aksed to approach samsung and when asked what about that accidental cover i am being asked to call on some toll free number. Above all no one entertains a customer to resolve his query i was been moved from one guy to other. This was even supported by the shop incharge jitendra yadav. Over all very pathetic service no point or expecting any support from ezone store. Once product is sold customers are on their own Highly disappointed Was this information helpful? | |||
