[Resolved]  Ezoneonline.in — Product not received and no proper response from the customer care

I have placed an order for Nokia Lumia 730 mobile phone and the order number is 2294131.The order was placed on 31-Oct.Till now there is no response and I have been repeatedly calling the customer care.There is no response for my email to the ID [protected]@ezoneonline.in even after a week.I am not sure, if this ezoneonline is a scam .They never call back nor updated me regarding the status of my order
