EzRecharge — I'm complaining about ezrecharge.in for false recharge promises, and for not providing proper information to get refund,

I've tried recharging my home's Sundirect D2H. Amount of 1424/- debited from my account but recharge was not successful. Moreover they haven't provided proper information to get refund and they transferred all amount to their website wallet. And I'm use the balance from wallet and couldn't transfer it to my account also.
They haven't provided proper customer support also.
I'm requesting you, Please help me in this situation and resolve my issue as soon as possible
