Faasos — amount deducted but order not placed, n

On oct 15 at around 5:35 pm, i was placing an order at faasos website. The payment method i selected was paytm. It took a very long time and my browser screen went off.
The amount was deducted from my account and when i reopened the browser, the order was not placed.

I contacted their support email, [protected]@faasos.com, address twice but no one responded back.
I checked with my payment gateway provider and they confirmed that amount has been successfully transferred to vendors account.
Even after my multiple follow up with faasos, they are not refunding my money.
