I placed an order on 18/11/18 at 8:37 pm. The company claims to deliver the order in 35 minutes. The delivery time is already over and it is currently 9:53 pm that I am lodging a complaint on this portal. Neither I am able to connect with Faasos customer care nor I am receiving any call from them. On their end they gave me online credits. What about the communication to the customer if the placed order is going to be delivered or not? Worst experience of placing an order! Was this information helpful? |
