It happened on 10th Oct. 2019, I had ordered a chicken and a veg rice bowl at 1:05pm. the delivery guy said he met with an accident therefore i should reorder, which i did. Its been 3hrs and I did not receive the order. The first order id #[protected] was cancelled, and order #[protected] has not been delivered.
