Order has been modified post confirmation and still not delivered after more than one hour, there is no information on delivery and the contact numbers are not reachable, this is highly unprofessional service, and this has happened twice with me
We are not aware what has happened, will it be delivered or it has gone to universe, no option to track, this is like bullying your customers
At least they should have informed us whether should we wait to eat or cook or order from somewhere else and what has happened to the payments made??? Was this information helpful? |
