I placed an order with faasos restuarant on April 9, 2016 in bangalore via online and the order no is 730406 and the order amount is Rs.357. After placing the order due to delay in delivery i called them and cancelled the order. They informed me that refund would be credited in 2-3 working days but i didn't receive the refund till now. Everytime i call the customer care they ask me to wait 2-3 days repeatedly. By calling them i spent more than Rs.100 in mobile balance. It is highly unacceptable that they are so irresponsible in solving my problem by provifing the refund. Was this information helpful? |
