On 10th Nov-23 Glass Broken accident happened with heavy noise in my Kitchen all of sudden. Luckly My wife & kids were not exact near to chimney otherwise it may cause big harm to them. It's really a big failure & a lot of our kitchen material we had to throw away because of glass particle inside.
That time I have already complaint online with ref no. DEL[protected]. Now after my follow up of 10-12 days, your representative trying to blame me that this didn't happen self. I am a busy person and don't have time to do such stupid things to change the glass of Rs. 2k only.
So first please share the probable cause of this accident with the help of your expert team, because many persons are there who are using same chimney after our recommendation & it's a threat (Safety as well as response from Faber) for us now.
So my expectation is to provide the probable cause with safety guidelines & this glass should be provide to me after proper inspection. Also current installation & condition check facility should be provided by Faber, so that at least sociological my family can be strong after your confirmation.
I hope both safety & response both factors will be considered as important & glass will be compensate to me without any more delay.
