We bought a chimney in September 2022 and in March 2023 the motor failed. We called customer desk and the engineer came and said we haven't done proper servicing thats why the motor failed. Well, we were using the Kutchina chimney before this from the last 10 years and used to do servicing only once a year and this Faber chimney is much a advanced chimney with auto clean feature and rest but the main component of the faber chimney went faulty within 1 year and the service man is blaming us for not doing servicing! Today it has been 18 days and no update from Faber, we went for the reputed brand name and fell to poor customer service. Was this information helpful? |
