Faber — Chimney not working after purchase

Hi, I purchased the Faber HOOD CREST PLUS HC SC BK 60 chimney on Nov 13th, 2020 and after using it for 4 months, it started giving trouble. The fan of the chimney works but there is no suction and it is of no use ever since.

I called their customer support center several times and never got a chance to speak to someone. I can understand with current situation, there is a delay. So I sent an email to their team and I received a response after a week saying someone will call/visit your place however, never received a complaint number. I again sent an email and they had same response. Afterward, I had some medical emergency and I stopped following with them and after few months, I re-send the email to them and to their surprise, they asked me that how come no one visited your place till now and I am still waiting for the response from their service center. My product is still under warranty for couple of months but this is a horrible experience I have wit Faber India. Is there anyway to get this resolved, I will really appreciate it.
