I bought a new faber chimney, its not sucking any fumes i have been complaining from 3 months you keep sending technicians they all agree there is problem, still no solution, i want this chimney returned worst customer service, i am literally actively complaining from 3months i want this resolved ASAP

Updated by priyam2000 Ive been complaining from 3 months in every way, social media, official mail, service centre, through dealer too, no service at all this chimney is not working at all, i want my money back for 3 month you are sending service people they are agreeing there is a problem still no solution all your officals are lazy and unproductive, or they are appointed to torture customers, let this be a official notice next is proper court order, PURCHASING FROM FABER IS A MIND TORTURE, and this company shall held responsible for any mishappening because of there serious mind torture
