[Resolved] Faber — chimney not working

I purchased faber glassy 60 sunzi 1200 chimney, within one year I complained more then ten times Still it is not working I tried many request but till date 14/08/2014 they are not hearing me, The company is making me fool by saying that we will repair it . Sir now more than 15 days passed they refused to hear my complained I take legal help and decided to complaint in consumer court .I am also forwarding this complaint to grievences cell and all other complaint cell PH ; [protected]

I have purchased a chimney of FABER in 2013 from Pitampura Delhi. For last 15 days it is not working. I tried to register complaint through the customer helpline number, but it was not registered. Please send someone to repair as soon as possible.

I have purchased afaber chimney- fabio bk tc ltw 90 on 28/10/2020 and installed on 06/11/2020. After two days active service it went wrong and the hood is not opening its glass panel is not functioning.
