Faber — Chimney/servicing | |||
I am a resident of guwahati Assam.brought a faber chimney from a nearby store 3 month ago and dealing with problem since 20 days.registerd a problem 20 days ago but they are not responding.aak me to share the problem and warnanty card via watsapp which I did and told me to wait 2 or 3 working days.but aftr 15 days nobody arrived.i tried asking them the reason by calling almost everyday during those 15 days but they kept me on waiting.i called their manager but still no help received.today they called me asking me rs 900 for the service they are going to provide which was meaning less coz the product is still under warranty. I asked the service centre again but they told it is the rule of Faber that I have to give the service charge even when the product is under warranty.isnot this some kind of fraud act I m facing ? Please make some action against the poor servicing ..Time taken to respond a costumer which is more thn 20 days.asking money for the product under warranty..thankyou Was this information helpful? | |||

Fan's bearing and bush are getting replaced every six months now, and according to service provider's ridiculous reply, that's the life of replaced bush or bearing. I want to inquire from company officials that is this the quality of your product. That it has to be replaced after every six months.

Earlier in July 2017, we purchased one gas stove from the local vendor of Faber first time its burner melted so I asked him to change it. I thought it might be one stove fault. he changed and gave me a new one. in the second stove after a two week only its melt and broke down. attached picture for reference.
