I purchased Faber cooking range from Croma Juhu on 19.12.22 and had some issues from onset which was brought to the notice of Croma and Faber. These issues have still not been resolved since purchase. The callous attitude of Faber of not sending their company representative and sending an incompetent person from service center agency at their convenience has made me lose patience. Service center agency staff was very rude and didn't bother to listen to my problems and didn't give any solution. The attitude of the said staff was one of shirking responsibility and the said staff gave a frivolous reason that discoloring of plate is normal. Also, the ignition had stopped working. Ignition circuit was replaced but I am finding lag in the igniting of burner, which was not there in the beginning. Faber has till date not addressed rubber lining of oven and the ss tray which cannot take weight of casserole as it gets bent.
This indicates defect in product and deficiency in service. I have made a big investment in this expensive machine and the quality of Faber has shaken my confidence in Faber’s products. Was this information helpful? |
