Faber — Defective Faber Hob sold to me | |||
I bought a faber hob less than 1 month back. Post installation when I tried to use it, one of the burners was making a lot of noise. Plus, the knob for the same was very tight. I immediately called the place I bought the hob from and asked for a replacement which didn't happen. They asked to call faber service center. Someone came home when I was not there and am not really sure if even checked as I said I wanted a replacement. He said everything was ok and went away. I was away on vacation there after for a couple of weeks. Since the time I got back, I have been trying to call faber. They raise a complaint and say it will be attended to and no one turns up. I have taken leave a couple of days expecting them, but they do not turn up. THis is a brand new hob which is not functioning. the burner leaves black marks on my vessels. I invested 18000.
