Please refer my complain history from the date of purchase. At the time of purchase and till date centre ignition knob is not working. I’m uploading fresh video. No solution till date from the service centre.last complain took more than 1 month to resolve however your smart personnel had closed complain online ‘ on time ‘ so not to reflect it. Also charged 1000 rupees without giving any receipt. When asked for receipt, he blamed us about usage. Again 2 burners are not working. I’m lapsing my warranty period also. Who is responsible for supplying this damaged product? Faber or Amazon ? When wrote review on amazon, forced me to change review. Even your dashboard is showing the numbers of complain resolved vs complain filed. What is procedure to replace / upgrade the product even depositing some Amount?
