We have been communicating on ks-customercare.[protected]@franke.com for the dishwasher bought for parents in Nashik. The machine is not working properly since the time it was bought. The technicians have come to inspect & the utensils have not been washed clean. We have shared the pix on the email ID. There response is that the technicians have given a report that the machine is working well. This is a case of ' operation successful but patient is dead'.
Not sure how to elicit a favorable response for the company - to take back the product & refund our monies
