I purchased a chimney of eurodomo which is a by product of faber approx 1 year back from flipkart. But after few month later its motor gets stops working after few minutes again start after few minutes and again stop and also its suction power get almost zero. Then i tried to make contact with the customer service but every day they gives me a new area executive number and after 1 month and 30-35 call they register my complain 15/3/2022 and send their serviceman but he come and charged 500 rupee just for cleaning but the problem remains the same then he said i have warranty period so the PCV will be changed free of cost (which was the main defectivepart) but after this now this is 2 month running and i am calling them continuously after every 2 days but every time they replied me that they 'will forward my request to the senior and put it on the urgent basis and local service center will contact within 48 hours' every single day they replied me with this single line and till date problem remains the same in last 5 month i was just fed up with their chimney and worst customer axicutives . Is it possible to get a proper solution please some one help me suggest me solution how may i deal with the worst customer service center. sorry but they are running a fraud company.
