Faber — Extremely insensitive customer support | |
I have purchased a Faber built in microwave which stopped working 2 months ago. I have raised a complaint regarding the same about 2 months ago. After repeated calling of customer care, local vendor, the issue is not even considered to look at. I am frustrated with their behaviour and sense of responsibility. I certainly did not expect this kind of support from a company like FABER. Was this information helpful? | |
