I have been calling Faber from 25th of September to change my Hob, and burner . I must’ve called almost 50 times to the customer care and my issue is still pending.
No one is ready to respond properly. The second complaint again I registered was on 2nd of October.it’s been 16 days they are fooling me around. They gave me me contact number of some senior person.
Those people blocked me. Every time now when I called them, they say it’s still pending . When I purchased the product I thought it’s a good company .
But now the amount of inconvenience, it has caused me is unbearable. I have not been able to cook since past 15 days. I am ordering food from outside. Also I don’t know when will they fix it.
Nobody talks properly and gives me specific date . How long does it takes to fix a problem?
