Faber after sales service is worst...
The glass of my Faber hob is broken...the gas is leaking...they told me the glass is under warranty den after I call them for nearly a month following up for the same...then they said your glass has come but it is chargeable...i have already taken confirmation with the concern person that order it only when it is under warranty else I will buy new hob...
They misguided us and has put us in trouble...for one month we have faced lot of problems... horrible service Was this information helpful? |
