I feel absolutely frustrated at the complete lack of accountability, no internal checks to ensure at least a response to customers. My umpteen calls to customer care yielded only one response, ' sir no stock, we will come back to you'
My microwave oven is unserviceable since last 80 days. I have requested, spoken, complained at all available levels who spoke with me through customer service (sic).
State of affairs
1. No one ever call's back.
2. They avoid taking calls as they have no viable answers.
3. Senior staff just refuse to take responsibility to face customers.
4. Shocking to note that the company is incapable of providing a fuze and a door lock for 80 days
5. Complaint on website never got acknowledged.
I genuinely feel pained at the complete neglect. Any responsible company would have by now probably changed the entire machine rather than display such level o[censored]nprofessional attitude.
