Faber — no action has taken regarding our complaint on 25 dec 2014

we had made a complaint regarding our inbuilt microwave(model no. FMW 250-AX G XS) of faber to custmare care number on december 25 2014. They come and told us that its PCB panel has to be changed and we have given them advance .till today(almost 1 month) they are telling us that part is not available .
